Orange & Fennel Salad


1 orange

1 portion fennel

¼ Spanish onion

A few sprigs of mint




1.       To prepare salad, chop begin by peeling or slicing the skin off an orange.

2.       Use a knife to carefully remove the orange segments, making sure to keep your fingers out of the way.

3.       Slice fennel and Spanish onion finely. Tear mint.

4.       Place orange, fennel, onion and mint in a bowl and toss to combine.

5.       The juice from the oranges becomes a dressing for this fresh salad.
