Lindt Chocolate Rocky Road



50g Lindt Cooking Chocolate melted (approx.)

6-8 marshmallows

1 teaspoon shredded coconut

1 teaspoon sultanas

1 teaspoon cranberries



1.       Chop the marshmallows using a knife and put in a bowl

2.       Add with the coconut, cranberries and sultanas in a bowl.

3.       Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan half-filled with simmering water (don’t let bowl touch water). Stir until melted.

4.       Pour chocolate into the marshmallow mixture and mix well. Refridgerate until set. Enjoy!
