What you need to know

By placing your booking, you are confirming that you have read the following Terms and Conditions and that you agree to abide by them.

Terms and Conditions

All sections must be complete to secure your booking.

Once your booking has been tentatively confirmed by Kids Pantry by either email or phone, 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of confirmation to secure your booking; otherwise your booking will not be valid. Use our party booking form to check if your preferred dates are available.

Payments can be made directly through the website with our secure online payment system or over the phone. Go directly to our Parties section in our shop and search for your chosen party (ensuring that it matches your booking form). Make sure you include your child's name, age and the confirmed date and time of your party in the Special Instructions field of the form, as well as how many invitations you would like. Once we receive your payment you will be notified and booking will be confirmed.

Invitations will be sent out to you once payment is confirmed so please ensure your address and contact details are correct when filling in your booking form.

Parties are based on a minimum of 10 chefs but if you wish to have more chefs attend your event, these will be charged at a per chef price depending on your party selection. Arrangements for this can be arranged over the phone or email prior to the event. Final numbers need to be confirmed by close of business on the Tuesday before your party weekend.

Final payment including extras, such as additional guests, cake order, party bags etc. is due 48hours prior to the party

Please note: Once final payment has been received guest numbers cannot be changed or adjusted, for example if you pay for 15 chefs and only 14 chefs attend, you still must pay for 15 chefs due to the cost of preparation. If you have unexpected chefs RSVP after final confirmation of numbers, or if they turn up on the day, and IF we have the facility to cater for them, you can pay the additional chef cost for your party with an extra $10 late fee for each additional chef.

Deposits are non-refundable so please choose carefully.


If your party date needs to be changed for any reason you MUST give a minimum of 7 working days written notice prior to the party date to reschedule, and a $100 reschedule fee will apply. We cannot guarantee that any preferred reschedule date will be available, although we will make all effort to accommodate. If we are unable to find an alternative date that suits, the reschedule fee will still apply and the deposit cannot be returned.

If your child falls ill the day of his / her party and the party needs to be postponed, and if you provide a doctor's certificate, we will gladly reschedule the party to a suitable date and time but a $100 reschedule fee will apply. If a doctor's certificate is not produced within 1 week the full cost of the party must be paid.

If you cancel your party for any reason within 7 working days prior to the scheduled party date you will be liable for the entire cost of the base party (i.e. your base party cost for 10 children excluding all extras, plus the full cost of any cake that you may have ordered through Kids Pantry).

Allergies – Our online allergy form must be submitted to Kids Pantry 5 days prior to booking by the parents of any children attending who have any dietary restriction including allergies, intolerances, special diets such as vegetarian, or religious restrictions. Kids Pantry takes no responsibility for any guest attending that has not provided the relevant information in the required timeframe. Please do not make any assumptions, and ensure Kids Pantry are notified of ALL food allergies and intolerances.

Please note that NO FOOD may be brought onto the premises because of the severe allergies with which we work!
